Great Apartment with Excellent Value
spacious apartment friendly staff good room size
The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. I always stay here as the rooms are a good size. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the centre for skiing.
I found only one small issue. The parking space did not correspond with the size of the hotel. More parking spaces are needed for all the guests.

The staff members were kind and helped with all our requests, including our late-night arrival. Their airport transfer service was excellent. I found them quite helpful and accommodating

The location is ideal with only a ten-minute walk to the main slopes. I enjoyed the proximity to many bars and entertainment spots in the city center. Access to the lifts was very convenient.

A Decent Stay with Some Noticeable Issues
inconsistent equipment poor maintenance
I found the room cleanliness lacking upon arrival. The floors were not properly vacuumed. There was noticeable dust on surfaces. The kitchen equipment was not consistent. Rooms had a toaster while others had a toasty machine, inconvenient. The front door was worn and not well-kept.

big apartment great location good price old furniture poor cleanliness spa reconstruction
The apartment was big. It had everything i needed. the location was great, really central. the price was good.
the furniture was old, and some parts were broken. cleanliness was lacking. i think it should be a one or two star hotel. the swimming pool and spa were under reconstruction.
